Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in being unable to book future appointments. I understand things happen, but consistent communication is appreciated. Late Policy: If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and may be treated as a no-show. Frequent lateness may result in a booking restriction. Out of respect for my time and other clients, this policy is strictly enforced.
